Through thoughtful giving, volunteer service, and employee-driven initiatives, U.S. Energy strives to create lasting impact beyond the workplace.

At U.S. Energy, we believe our responsibility extends beyond the work we do every day. Strengthening the communities where we live and work is an important part of who we are. Through volunteerism, charitable partnerships, and employee-driven giving, we strive to create meaningful impact beyond our business.
Our philanthropic efforts reflect the values that shape our culture—being trustworthy and sincere, collaborative, responsible to all stakeholders, innovative, and passionate and driven. These principles guide how we support our communities and the organizations working to make a difference.
To help guide these efforts, U.S. Energy established the Philanthropy & Impact Committee. This team of employees provides oversight and direction for our charitable giving and volunteer initiatives, helping ensure our programs remain thoughtful and aligned with the causes that matter most to our employees and communities.
By encouraging team member involvement and community engagement, U.S. Energy empowers our employees to support organizations that improve lives and strengthen the communities we serve.
Our Team Member Giving Program empowers employees to support causes that matter to them. After completing at least four hours of volunteer service, team members may request a company donation annually to an eligible nonprofit organization. This program allows our employees to extend their personal impact while helping U.S. Energy support the organizations our team cares about most.
Each year, U.S. Energy selects nonprofit organizations for company-wide support. Through fundraising drives, volunteer events, and charitable campaigns, our team comes together to make a meaningful impact. These partnerships allow us to focus our collective efforts on causes that strengthen and support our communities.
We encourage every employee to give back by serving the communities where we live and work. U.S. Energy provides up to eight hours of paid volunteer time each year for full-time employees to participate in eligible nonprofit activities. By supporting volunteerism, we help our team members contribute their time and talents to organizations that improve lives and build stronger communities.
If your organization shares our commitment to strengthening communities, we welcome the opportunity to explore partnership opportunities.
