Alisha Waring is the Vice President of Human Resources for U.S. Energy Development Corporation and joined the company in 2022. Ms. Waring is responsible for overseeing and managing the Firm’s human resources department with a focus on organizational policy, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance, and benefits.

Prior to U.S. Energy, Ms. Waring started her oil and gas career in 2012 at Allied Oil & Gas Services where she was integral in multiple human resources initiatives including implementing a compensation review process and recruiting strategy.  Ms. Waring briefly served as the Director of Operations for Ross & Matthews, P.C. in Fort Worth before joining Select Energy Services. At Select Energy Services, Ms. Waring was responsible for overseeing payroll and benefit administration, executive compensation, policy drafting and implementation, and served as an HR subject matter expert for mergers and acquisitions.

Currently, Ms. Waring serves on the Board of Directors for Fort Worth Stockyards, Inc. She is an active member of the SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Executive Network and participates in the SHRM Voices of Work Research Panel.

Ms. Waring earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. She holds a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute and a SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.
