Forty executives who will lead the oil and gas industry into the future have been selected for Hart Energy’s Class of 2026 40 Under 40 in Energy.

The honorees represent the sectors of E&P, midstream, royalties and minerals, geothermal, finance, law and consulting. There are five CEOs or co-CEOs and four who have co-founded their own businesses. Their organizations include a supermajor, several companies that are dominant in their region and one legendary family-owned business.
