John Egan, Senior Director of Corporate Strategy, joined USEDC in 2024. Previously, John began his career in 1986, in New York on Wall Street building international and domestic trading desks. In 1992, John became a member of the General Partnership of OTA LLC, a proprietary arbitrage firm where he helped build the institutional business. In 2012, he co-founded and launched Adams Hill Capital, a $750 million global fund focusing on commodities, equities, and derivatives, and served as COO. In 2015, John transitioned to the family office space and became President of RINC, LLC. John worked with other family offices on the East Coast before relocating to Fort Worth to work with the Jayson family.
